About the Announcement
The Commune of Chtouka, in the province of El Jadida, announces a recruitment for the position of Head of the Civil Status and Document Certification Service. This position is open to employees of the commune.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be a permanent or contractual employee of Chtouka Commune.
- Be ranked at least as an Inspector 2nd grade or State Engineer or equivalent.
- Hold a degree allowing access to the rank of Inspector 3rd grade.
- Have at least 2 years of actual service as a permanent employee, or 3 years for contractual staff.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Civil Status Service: issuing family books, registering births and deaths, issuing birth and death certificates.
- Certifying signatures and document conformity.
- Overseeing the service's archives.
