Job Opening for Director of Youth at Ministry of Youth, Morocco

Job Details

The Department of Youth, under the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, announces the opening of applications for the position of Director of Youth, in accordance with Organic Law No. 02.12 on appointments to senior positions. This position is open to senior executives from public administrations, local authorities, public institutions and companies, as well as the private sector.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Higher education degree: at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• For civil servants: belonging to a grade classified at scale 11 or equivalent.
• Experience: at least 5 years for master's degree holders or equivalent, and at least 10 years for bachelor's degree holders or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of government policy related to the youth sector.

Main Responsibilities

The Director of Youth is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs for the youth sector within the scope of the Youth Directorate's attributions as defined by Decree No. 2.22.874.

Required Documents

• Application letter addressed to the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication.
• Standard unified form (available at www.mjcc.gov.ma or www.emploi-public.ma).
• Curriculum vitae detailing qualifications, professional background, and previous positions.
• Copy of diploma or certificate.
• Work program and methodology proposed for managing the Youth Directorate.
• Copies of documents proving the required conditions, skills, and experience.

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted in 6 copies to the Directorate of Administrative and General Affairs (Youth Department) or by email to candidatures@jeunesse.mjcc.gov.ma, no later than July 27, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Committee

A selection committee will be established by decision of the Minister to pre-select candidates and conduct interviews.
