The Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, through its Department of Sustainable Development, is organizing a recruitment competition for three (3) 3rd grade technicians, scale 9, specializing in Multimedia/Infographics. This regular recruitment presents a valuable career opportunity to join a central administration at the forefront of Morocco's environmental and sustainable development policies.
The competition will take place on May 24, 2026, in Rabat. It is open to Moroccan nationals who hold a technician diploma issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent qualification, and who must practice in the required specialty. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years old. The upper age limit may be extended by a period equivalent to valid or considered valid service for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years.
Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the public employment portal depot.emploi-public.ma. The submission deadline is April 30, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any application received after this date or through another channel will not be accepted.
The competition consists of two main stages:
To qualify for the oral or practical test, candidates must obtain a score of at least 12/20 in the written test. The elimination score for each test is set at 5/20.
In accordance with applicable regulations, one (1) of the three positions is reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, national martyr dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant.
The lists of candidates admitted to take the tests, along with the test locations and schedules, will be published on the public employment electronic portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and the ministry's website (www.environnement.gov.ma). The final list of successful candidates and the waiting list will also be published on these same sites.
The multimedia and infographics technician plays a crucial role within the Department of Sustainable Development. They contribute to producing visual and educational materials that support awareness campaigns, performance reports, and complex presentations of ministerial policies.
