Al Omrane Casablanca Settat, a subsidiary of the Al Omrane Group, is recruiting a Director of Organization and Human Capital. As a key public enterprise, the Group implements government policy in housing and territorial development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation.
• Manage logistics, general means, and procurement.
• Oversee social relations and ensure compliance with labor law.
• Manage fleet, inventory, and asset tracking.

Required Profile

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering, management, or business school. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, organization, procurement, or general services, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Geographic mobility is required.
