Key Information about the Position

The National Agency for the Regulation of Cannabis-Related Activities (ANRAC) has announced a call for applications for the position of Director of Regulation and Control. This recruitment is part of strengthening the agency's organizational structure, established under Law No. 13.21 on the legal uses of cannabis.

The position is open to candidates meeting the required qualifications and experience, with the application deadline set for July 13, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a civil servant in a public administration, public institution, or public enterprise.
  • Hold a degree of State Engineer or Administrator (Bac+5) or equivalent in a scientific field.
  • Have at least 10 years of professional experience in the public, semi-public, or private sector, including at least 5 years in a managerial position (Division Head, Department Head, or equivalent).
  • Have experience in regulation and control of marketing channels.

Responsibilities of the Director

The Director of Regulation and Control will oversee the development and implementation of regulatory policies related to the cannabis industry, as well as monitor compliance with legal procedures by sector operators. He/she will also supervise teams and ensure coordination with institutional partners.

  • A handwritten request signed by the applicant, with the favorable opinion of the competent human resources services for candidates from the civil service.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Copy of the National Electronic Identity Card (both sides).
  • All documents proving the required qualifications and conditions (diplomas, work certificates, proof of seniority in a managerial position).
  • A detailed institutional project presenting the candidate's vision for the position.

The application file must be submitted in 5 copies to the Registry of ANRAC or sent by mail to the following address: 59 Rue Oued Moulouya, Agdal, Rabat, no later than July 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email for an interview, and results will be published on the Public Employment Portal and ANRAC's website.
