Position Details

Key Responsibilities

The Broadcasting Officer will report to the Operations Department and be responsible for:

  • Preparing and monitoring the broadcast schedule for SOREC TV.
  • Ensuring the deployment of program planning and content broadcast on the channel.
  • Structuring and controlling on-air broadcasts to maintain technical and artistic quality.
  • Handling technical incidents and anomalies, and documenting them in reports.
  • Managing emergencies and ensuring smooth transitions between programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold a Bac+2 in Audiovisual studies or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Essential skills include:

  • Proficiency in digital production and broadcasting chains.
  • Mastery of audiovisual and multimedia equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of TV production domains such as image, sound, and staging.
  • Excellent visual culture and creative imagination.
  • Ability to adapt to technological changes and work collaboratively in a team.
