Job: Investment Project Monitoring Manager at CRI Laâyoune, Morocco

The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region is recruiting a Head of Investment Project Monitoring Service for the year 2026. This position is crucial for ensuring the effective follow-up and execution of investment projects approved by the Regional Unified Investment Commission (CRUI).

Key Responsibilities

• Individual monitoring of projects from approval to actual completion.
• Periodic evaluation of project progress.
• Identifying bottlenecks and delays, and proposing corrective measures.
• Updating monitoring tools (dashboards, progress reports) and producing consolidated reports.
• Handling investor complaints and appeals related to CRUI decisions.
• Reporting identified obstacles and contributing to their analysis for better decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age 45 years.
• No criminal record or disciplinary sanctions.
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Finance and Management Control, Management Sciences, or Economics.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
