The Agency for the Development of the Marchica Lagoon Site (AASLM) announces a call for applications for the position of Head of the Audit and Management Control Department (M/F). This recruitment is part of strengthening the agency's competencies and meeting its need for key resources, in accordance with Law No. 25-10 on the development of the Marchica Lagoon site, Decree No. 2-10-250, and the Head of Government's Circular No. 07/2013.

Main Responsibilities

The Head of Audit and Management Control will oversee internal audit and management control functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Key duties include:

• Developing and implementing the annual audit plan.
• Assessing internal control systems and risk management.
• Conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Preparing detailed audit reports for senior management.
• Leading and mentoring the audit team.

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to active executives of AASLM and its subsidiaries (statutory, seconded, or contractual staff), as well as employees of public, semi-public, or private administrations. Applicants must submit a file containing:

• A written application addressed to the General Director.
• A completed application form.
• A detailed CV highlighting academic background, professional experience, and previous positions.
• Certified copies of diplomas (including baccalaureate).
• A copy of the national ID card.
• A project proposal outlining the action plan and methodology for the position.
