Job Competition for Two Lawyers at the National Ports Agency

The National Ports Agency (ANP) is organizing a recruitment competition for two Lawyers classified as Senior Officers, based at the General Directorate in Casablanca. This recruitment aims to strengthen the legal expertise of the Agency, a key player in Morocco's port development.

Required Profile

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bac+5 minimum in Business Law, Administrative Law, Litigation Law, Maritime Law, or equivalent, from a public or private institution recognized by the State.
• Experience: Desirable (not mandatory).
• Age: Maximum 40 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Nationality: Moroccan.

• Copy of the original national ID card (both sides).
• Detailed and updated CV.
• Work certificates proving experience (if any) with job title and period.
• Copy of the original diploma (visaed by the president of the public university if from a private institution).
• Diploma equivalence if obtained abroad.
• For ANP employees: a request addressed to the General Director.

Files must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, and each file must not exceed 1 MB.

Competition Process

The competition consists of two tests:

• Written exam (eligibility).
• Oral interview (for eligible candidates only).

Successful candidates are ranked by merit based on the average score of both tests. Results will be published on the ANP and emploi-public.ma websites, and admitted candidates will be notified by email.
