Job Competition: Advisor to the CEO – Maghreb Arab Press Agency

The Maghreb Arab Press Agency (MAP), a public strategic institution based in Rabat, announces an external call for applications to recruit one (01) Advisor to the CEO, under a contract. This high-responsibility role involves supporting the CEO through advisory, analytical, and coordination activities, with a focus on research & development and process engineering.

Key Responsibilities

The advisor will counsel the CEO on strategic issues related to innovation, process improvement, and agency development. He/she will provide analytical and technical support for R&D projects, prepare technical notes and reports, oversee strategic projects, and represent the agency with external partners such as universities and research centers.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Under 40 years of age on the competition date.
  • Full civil rights and good conduct.
  • No criminal or disciplinary record.
  • State Engineer degree in a relevant field (process engineering, R&D, etc.).
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience in analysis, studies, or advisory roles to senior management.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and French; operational English.

A selection committee will review applications. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for oral interviews and personality tests (30 minutes, coefficient 7). Results will be published on MAP's website (www.map.ma) and on emploi-public.ma. Successful candidates must present original diplomas.
