IT Service Head Position at National Agency for Literacy in Morocco

The National Agency for Literacy (ANLCA) announces a recruitment call for the position of Head of IT Service, as per decision No. ANLCA/2026/A5 dated July 7, 2026. This position aims to enhance the agency's digital infrastructure and services.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a degree or diploma in computer science, systems analysis, software engineering, or networks.
• Be ranked at least as a 2nd grade manager or state engineer, with at least 2 years of actual service.
• Or be ranked as a 3rd grade manager, with at least 5 years of actual service.
• Possess the skills and qualifications specified in the job description.

Job Responsibilities

The Head of IT Service will oversee information systems, manage networks, ensure data security, and provide technical support to various departments.
