The National Foundation of Museums (FNM) is launching a competitive recruitment process for the position of 3rd Grade IT Network Specialist - scale 9. Key Position Details

This recruitment is organized in accordance with Regulatory Decision No. 001/2026 issued by the President of the National Foundation of Museums, which outlines the competition's organization procedures. The recruitment follows a regular recruitment framework, adhering to all statutory and administrative rules of the public service.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Profile

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a Specialized Technician Diploma in Computer Networks (Bac+2 equivalent) issued by national institutions or recognized as equivalent.
  • Provide proof of at least two (2) years of professional experience in the field, supported by official documentation.
  • Be of Moroccan nationality.
  • Be under 40 years of age at the application deadline, as stipulated in Article 4 of the regulatory decision.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Competition Process and Selection Stages

The competition follows a rigorous procedure to ensure the selection of the best candidates:

  1. Preselection Phase: Initial screening of application files to verify compliance with eligibility requirements.
  2. Written Exams: For shortlisted candidates, written tests include:
    • A general test covering economic, social, political, and administrative events at national and international levels (3 hours duration, coefficient 2).
    • A technical test focusing on the specialty (computer networks).
    General tests may be written in Arabic or French, at the candidate's choice.
  3. Oral Interview: Only candidates scoring at least 10/20 in the written exam are eligible for the interview. This interview lasts between 15 and 30 minutes and assesses the candidate's aptitude for the position's responsibilities.

The final score is calculated, and a candidate is only definitively admitted if they achieve an overall average of at least 10/20, within the limit of available positions (one position). Results are ranked by merit.
