  • Contribution to negotiations with insurance companies in coordination with brokers
  • Analysis of insurance needs and participation in reviewing the company's insurance policy
  • Verification of coverage limits and establishment of necessary expertise for certain insured values
  • Monitoring of high-stakes insurance files
  • Processing of requests related to insurance files in pre-litigation phase
  • Representation of ONCF before insurance companies and relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

Academic Background

Master's degree (Bac+5) in one of the following specialties: Insurance, Actuarial Science and Finance, Business Law with insurance specialization, Legal Sciences, or any equivalent training in the field.

Professional Experience

Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the insurance sector, with deep knowledge of insurance systems and contracts.

Technical Skills

  • Complete understanding of insurance contracts and their principles
  • Mastery of actuarial science and financial aspects
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to monitor a large volume of insurance incidents
  • Risk analysis capability and proposal of appropriate coverage solutions

Institution and Position Information

The Insurance Service Manager operates within the Legal Department framework, specifically the Legal Assistance Division. This position occupies a strategic place in the organizational chart, interacting with all ONCF entities internally, and with service providers, courts, law firms, insurance companies, and experts externally.

The Insurance Service Manager reports directly to the Head of Legal Assistance Division (N+1) and supervises a team of executives (N-1).

Employment and Working Conditions

Work location: Rabat with expected travel according to operational requirements. Contract type: Permanent Contract (CDI). Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and experience, according to the institution's applicable salary scale.
