Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join the HR Management Development and Internal Communication Unit and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Implementing the institution's HR policy while ensuring compliance with current legislation
• Assisting the manager in internal HR management activities
• Monitoring the application of staff statutes and classification systems
• Participating in updating job descriptions and the Competency Framework
• Managing the complete recruitment and integration process for new hires
• Providing administrative supervision for interns and managing temporary workers
• Contributing to internal communication initiatives and designing HR dashboards
• Participating in cross-departmental projects

Required Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• University degree at Bac+5 level in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Professional experience of 2 to 5 years in HR functions
• Experience within a financial or credit institution would be advantageous
