Position Overview and Responsibilities

The Heritage and Logistics Service Head plays a crucial role in managing the material and logistical resources of the Faculty of Sciences in Tetouan. Responsibilities include overseeing property assets, providing logistical support for academic and research activities, and ensuring optimal use of available resources. This leadership position demands substantial managerial experience and advanced organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

• Be ranked at least at the level of second-grade administrator or within the engineer framework, or in an equivalent indicative grade.
• Hold a certificate or diploma qualifying for at least a third-grade administrator level or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of two years of actual service for permanent civil servants, or three years for contract agents, within state administrations or territorial communities.
• Previous experience in service head functions is preferred, though exemptions may be granted if service interests require it.

Additional Eligibility Paths

Applications are also open to:

• Permanent civil servants and contract agents currently performing service head duties as of the vacancy announcement date.
• Permanent civil servants and contract agents ranked at third-grade administrator level or equivalent, with at least 15 years of actual service, including a minimum of 4 years in the mentioned grade.

• An application letter addressed to the faculty dean, containing approval from the candidate's administration head and the direct supervisor's opinion on their competency.
• Copies of obtained certificates and diplomas.
• A copy of the appointment decision in the required framework and grade, or an administrative certificate proving the candidate's status.
• A detailed curriculum vitae according to the attached model.
• Any other documents relevant to the nature of the position.
• A proposed work program and methodology for managing and improving the service's performance.

Submission Procedure

The application file can be downloaded from the faculty website (https://fs.uae.ac.ma/) and the university website (https://www.uae.ma/) starting February 23, 2026. It must be submitted in one paper copy and one digital copy (PDF) against a receipt at the institution's general secretariat, in a sealed envelope bearing the candidate's name, registration number, and the targeted position. The deadline for submission is Monday, March 9, 2026, during regular administrative hours.

Selection Process

A commission appointed by university president decision will handle the selection of eligible files.
