The National Airports Office (ONDA) relaunches the internal call for applications for the position of Head of the Training Division at the Agadir Area Control Center (CCR), within the Air Navigation Pole.

Missions and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for ATM and CNS qualifying training.
• Implement the certification process of the Agadir CCR Simulation Training Center (CIR).
• Manage, monitor, and improve training process performance.
• Develop competencies of Air Traffic Controllers (CCAs) and Navigation Systems Technicians (ESAs).
• Oversee simulator availability for both simulation and backup modes.

Key Activities

The division head establishes annual training plans, coordinates simulation sessions, and maintains license validity. Acts as focal point with Eurocontrol and internal entities.
