Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Head of Studies Department will undertake strategic responsibilities crucial to project success, including:

• Directing and monitoring studies related to projects and programs assigned to the agency.
• Developing technical specifications for studies and supervising the execution of resulting contracts.
• Guiding engineering firms, architects, laboratories, and surveyors in delivering study services.

Required Qualifications and Profile

• Possession of a state engineering diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's +5) in civil engineering, rural engineering, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum five years of professional experience after obtaining the required diploma, gained either in engineering consulting firms or in public administrations/institutions involved in study activities.
• Ability to develop an action plan and work methodology for the position, demonstrating clear strategic vision.
