Entraide Nationale announces the opening of applications for the position of Head of Social Engineering Monitoring and Studies Service, reporting to the social engineering department within the sub-directorate responsible for social engineering and planning. Position Details and Key Responsibilities

This position encompasses a variety of tasks and responsibilities requiring practical experience and advanced management skills. Among the main responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular monitoring, surveillance, and tracking of social phenomena across different regions of the Kingdom
  • Produce, analyze, and disseminate data and information related to the general social situation and conditions of target groups
  • Contribute to strategic foresight and strengthen institutional thinking on urgent social issues
  • Plan, organize, animate, monitor, and evaluate quality projects within the institution
  • Lead and coordinate the process of establishing, deploying, and improving the quality management system
  • Conduct or contribute to the development of studies related to social projects and programs
  • Develop specifications for studies falling within the institution's interventions
  • Conduct participatory territorial diagnostics in the field of social work
  • Contribute to the development, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of social development programs
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of social development programs and projects

Required Conditions and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Be classified at least in the second category executive grade (scale 11) or in the agent framework or in one of the comparable index grades
  • Hold at least a certificate or diploma allowing access to the third category executive grade or equivalent grade
  • Have at least two (2) years of actual service as a permanent employee or three (3) years for contract agents
  • Permanent executives and contract agents classified in the third category executive grade or in one of the comparable index grades may also apply, provided they have at least fifteen (15) years of actual service, including four (4) years in the mentioned grade

Essential Competencies and Skills

This position requires a set of professional and personal competencies, including:

  • Mastery of social engineering methodologies, social monitoring, and prospective analysis
  • Knowledge of methodologies for developing social studies and participatory territorial diagnostics
  • Knowledge of methodologies for developing and evaluating development programs and projects
  • Ability to conduct and supervise studies and reports related to Entraide Nationale's programs and projects
  • Skills in monitoring and evaluating the deployment of social programs at the territorial level
  • Ability to develop and analyze social indicators and performance monitoring dashboards
  • Organizational skills and ability to lead a work team effectively
  • Seriousness, integrity, and commitment to professional ethical principles

Selection and Recruitment Process

Following the selection interview, the concerned commission will prepare a final report containing the names of selected candidates based on merit. Final results will be announced after approval by the Director of Entraide Nationale, through publication on the institution's website, the public employment portal, and at the Central Directorate level.
