Essential Position Information

Applications are open to candidates from both within and outside ODCO, subject to Moroccan nationality and meeting specified conditions. Appointment to this position is by contract for external candidates to the institution.

Required Candidate Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

• Civil servants and contractual agents of state administrations, territorial communities, or public institutions, provided:
  • Ranked at least at second-grade administrator level or engineer framework or equivalent grade
  • Hold a diploma qualifying for third-grade administrator access
  • 4 years of actual service for permanent staff or 5 years for contractual agents
  • Experience as head of service (with possible exemption if necessary)
• Civil servants and contractual agents currently serving as division heads
• Private sector employees, provided:
  • Master's degree or State Engineering diploma in related specialties with 6 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years experience in the field
  • Supervisory experience or responsibilities in related positions
