About the Position

The Moroccan Blood Agency and its Derivatives (AMSD) announces a call for applications for the position of Head of IT Development and Security. This key role is part of the agency's digital transformation strategy to enhance information systems and cybersecurity, supporting its vital mission in blood donation and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems, ensure data and network security, lead technical teams, and propose innovative solutions for upgrading digital infrastructure. The role also involves developing proactive strategies to mitigate cyber threats and improve service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• At least holding the grade of principal administrator or equivalent, or holding a higher education diploma (Bac+5) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public administration, local authorities, or public/private institutions.
• Familiarity with the agency's missions, strategies, and field of work.
• Possession of the qualifications specified in the attached job card.
