The Ministry of Health and Social Protection is organizing a recruitment competition for first-grade physicians, scale 11, with 41 vacant positions in the Draa-Tafilalet region. This competition represents an exceptional opportunity for general medicine specialists to join Morocco's public health sector and contribute to improving medical services in this area.
The competition will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 09:00 at the Rissani center. It is open to Moroccan candidates aged 45 maximum as of January 1 of the current year, and holders of a doctorate in general medicine or an equivalent recognized diploma.
Applications are made exclusively via the Ministry of Health's electronic platform at www.sante.gov.ma, where candidates must carefully complete the information form and attach required documents. The deadline for submitting applications is February 23, 2026 at 16:30. Any application received after this date will not be considered.
The competition consists of a two-hour (2h) written test with direct questions and multiple-choice questions related to the medical specialty. The elimination score is 5 out of 20, and candidates must obtain an average of at least 10 out of 20 to be selected.
The administration reserves 25% of open positions for persons with resistance fighter or veteran status, and 7% for persons with disabilities. The lists of admitted candidates are published on the websites www.sante.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma, and become final two days after publication.
The monthly salary for first-grade physicians, scale 11 ranges between 8200 and 9400 Moroccan dirhams, with pension benefits and social advantages offered by the Ministry of Health.
