Position Overview

The Financial Manager position at Nador West Med is a key role within the organization's financial structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, implementing accounting best practices, and contributing to the company's strategic financial planning.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) from a business school, management school, or equivalent institution
  • Specialization in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional experience in accounting, treasury, or finance
  • Age under 35 years
  • Proficiency in Arabic and French (English proficiency is considered an advantage)

Key Responsibilities

The Financial Manager will undertake the following duties:

  • Maintaining general and analytical accounting records
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Developing financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and notes
  • Monitoring cash flow and treasury management
  • Preparing and submitting tax declarations (VAT, corporate tax, income tax)
  • Managing banking relationships and optimizing treasury operations
  • Participating in budget preparation and financial planning
  • Producing financial dashboards and regular reporting
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors
  • Continuously improving financial and accounting procedures

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of general and analytical accounting principles
  • Understanding of current accounting standards
  • Expertise in taxation and periodic declarations
  • Knowledge of real estate finance fundamentals
  • Proficiency with computer tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Accuracy, rigor, and organizational skills

  • Analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Responsiveness and availability
