Available Position Details

The announcement concerns two principal positions:

• External Service Chief of ONICL in Es-Semara: This position represents the executive arm of the Office at regional and provincial levels.
• Purchasing and General Resources Department Chief: This role oversees the logistical and equipment aspects of the Office.

Responsibilities of External Service Chief in Es-Semara

The external service chief will undertake multiple responsibilities including:

• Monitoring implementation of legislation regulating cereals and legumes markets
• Tracking local market supply status for cereals, legumes and their derivatives
• Coordinating subsidized sugar, oil and flour supply programs for the province
• Managing storage facilities for subsidized products
• Monitoring quality preservation of subsidized products
• Tracking physical inventory of products
• Recording prices of cereals and legumes in reference markets
• Providing investment advice to sector operators
• Implementing directives from central services
• Maintaining direct communication with various sector stakeholders

Responsibilities of Purchasing Department Chief

This position's scope includes:

• Centralizing and studying purchase requests from various departments
• Preparing and launching consultations and tender calls
• Developing and renewing equipment maintenance contracts
• Centralizing and verifying invoices and fees for goods and services
• Ensuring execution of contracts concluded by the Office
• Overseeing maintenance and normal operation of installations and equipment
• Maintaining workplace hygiene and cleanliness
• Ensuring preservation and maintenance of Office assets
