• Moroccan nationality.
• Not exceeding the retirement age limit set by applicable legislative texts.
• Holding a diploma in the required specialty (state engineer or equivalent in civil engineering or related specialty).
• Having at least four years of professional experience after obtaining the required diploma.

• A copy of the national identity card.
• A certified copy of the obtained diploma (success certificates are not accepted).
• A certified copy of work certificate(s) proving the required professional experience (in terms of duration and position, internship certificates are not considered).
• A detailed and updated curriculum vitae with a photograph of the candidate and signature.

It is important to note that any file missing one of these documents, received after the deadline, or containing contradictions will not be considered.

Competition Procedures

A committee will be formed to review application files and select those meeting the conditions, and another committee will conduct oral interviews. Candidates with compliant files will be summoned for oral interviews.
