Essential Position Information

This position requires practical experience of at least four years for permanent staff and five years for contractual staff, with previous experience as a Service Head. Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, classified at minimum as a second-grade administrator, state engineer, or equivalent grade.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Division Head for Infectious Disease Diagnosis will be responsible for a range of vital tasks including:

• Supervising the activities of Mycobacteria, Viral Hepatitis, Virology, and Bacteriology-Parasitology services
• Actively contributing to achieving the strategic objectives of the biology and medical department, particularly the development of specialized Medical Biology
• Implementing and developing quality, hygiene, and biosafety approaches at the division level
• Planning, executing, and monitoring action plans, and preparing division activity reports
• Managing administrative activities to ensure efficient division operations
