Job Announcement
The Ministry of National Planning, Urban Development, Housing, and City Policy announces an open call for applications for the position of Director of the Urban Agency of Larache-Ouazzane, in accordance with constitutional provisions and regulations governing senior appointments.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Be a senior executive of the state, public institutions, or private sector.
- Hold a diploma or certificate allowing classification at grade 11 or equivalent, and access to the ranks of state engineer, architect, or administrator.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in public administration, local authorities, public institutions, or the private sector.
- Proven experience in the public or private sector, holding positions of responsibility compatible with the duties of the post.
- Good knowledge of urban planning, architecture, and national land use planning.
- Possess the required scientific qualifications, experience, and skills.
Key Responsibilities
The director manages the agency’s affairs, appoints staff, implements board decisions, conducts operations related to the agency’s objectives, and represents the agency before third parties and in court.
Application File
The application file (6 copies) must include:
- A handwritten application addressed to the Minister.
- The standard form with a photograph.
- A detailed CV.
- Academic certificates (with equivalence decisions for foreign diplomas) and all documents proving eligibility.
- An institutional project outlining the candidate’s strategy to improve the agency’s performance.
Submission Location and Deadline
Files must be deposited in 6 copies at the Directorate of Human Resources and Financial and General Affairs of the Ministry, located at Angle rue Al Joumayz et Al Jaouz, Secteur n°16, Hay Ryad, Rabat, against a receipt, no later than July 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
Selection Process
A committee will review applications, conduct initial screening based on files, and interview shortlisted candidates.
