The Commune of Sidi M'hamed Dalil announces the opening of applications for the position of Director of Services. This initiative aims to strengthen administrative skills and improve services to citizens.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be permanent employees or contracted agents currently working for the commune and meet the following conditions:

• Hold at least the grade of Manager 2nd grade or State Engineer or equivalent.
• Possess a diploma allowing access to the grade of Manager 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of actual service as a permanent employee, or 3 years for contracted agents.
• Have served as a Head of Service, unless exempted due to service needs.

Exceptions

Employees in the 3rd grade or equivalent may exceptionally apply if they have at least 15 years of actual service, including 4 years in the current grade.

The application file includes the following documents:

• Application letter with a recent photo and approval from the commune president.
• Detailed CV including professional background and qualifications.
• Work plan and proposed methodology for developing the communal administration.
• Appointment decision in the current grade.
• Appointment decision to a responsibility position (if any).
• Copy of diploma.

Selection and Interview
