Call for Applications for the Position of Director of Services at Lalla Aziza Commune

The Commune of Lalla Aziza, in the province of Chichaoua, announces a call for applications for the position of Director of Services. The eligibility conditions are defined by the communal decision No. 40/2026. The position is open to civil servants and contract agents meeting the requirements below.

Eligibility Conditions

• Hold at least the grade of Inspector of the 2nd grade or State Engineer or an equivalent grade, with a minimum seniority of 2 years of effective service for permanent civil servants, or 3 years for contract agents.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Civil servants currently holding the position of Head of Service are also eligible.
• Civil servants classified in the grade of Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent, with a minimum seniority of 15 years of effective service, including at least 4 years in the said grade, may apply.

Required Documents

• Application letter with a recent photograph, accompanied by the approval of the direct supervisor and their opinion on the candidate's competence.
• Detailed curriculum vitae including qualifications, professional background, and previous functions.
• Work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the concerned administrative unit.
• Decision of appointment in the current grade.
• Decision of appointment to a responsibility position if applicable.

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted to the human resources officer after registering the request at the commune's registry, starting from the date of publication of this decision until July 31, 2026. This deadline is final.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by decision of the President of the Communal Council will pre-select complete applications and conduct an interview. The list of selected candidates as well as the date and place of the interview will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and on the commune's notice board.
