Call for Applications for the Position of Director of Services
The commune of Aït Hammou, located in the province of Rhamna, announces a call for applications for the post of Director of Services. This senior management position aims to oversee the administrative unit and enhance its performance.
Required Conditions
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a permanent civil servant or contract agent.
- Hold at least the grade of Attaché of the 2nd grade, Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
- Possess a diploma allowing access to the grade of Attaché of the 3rd grade or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of actual service for permanent staff, or 3 years for contract agents.
- Civil servants promoted to Attaché of the 3rd grade may apply if they have at least 15 years of seniority, including 4 years in that grade.
Application File Components
The application file must include:
- An application letter with a recent passport-sized photo, accompanied by the approval of the head of administration and their opinion on the candidate's competence.
- A curriculum vitae detailing qualifications, career path, and previous functions (using the template available on the public employment portal).
- A project proposal outlining the work program and methodology for managing and developing the administrative unit.
- A copy of the appointment decision in the current frame or grade.
- A copy of the appointment decision to a responsibility position (if applicable).
- Copies of diplomas and certificates.
Submission Procedure
Applications must be submitted in three copies to the registry of Aït Hammou commune, against a receipt, before June 26, 2026, at 4:30 PM. A selection committee will review the files and conduct interviews. Results will be announced on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma.
Duties of the Director of Services
The Director of Services is responsible for administrative and financial management, coordination of departments, and implementation of communal council decisions, in accordance with the organic law on communes.
