The Ministry of Equipment and Water has announced a call for applications for the position of Director of the Hydraulic Basin Agency of Souss Massa in Agadir, under the provisions of Organic Law No. 02.12 on appointments to senior positions. This key role involves leading water resource management in the Souss Massa basin, one of Morocco's most important water basins.
Required Qualifications
- Moroccan nationality.
- Advanced university degree in water engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, geology, civil engineering, meteorology, or an equivalent recognized diploma.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in public administration, local authorities, public institutions, or the private sector.
- Proven extensive experience in managing large projects and programs, especially in water engineering.
- Knowledge of public policies and sectoral strategies of the Ministry of Equipment and Water.
- Experience in project management, planning, water resource mobilization and management, maintenance of hydraulic structures, financial and administrative management.
- Have held a managerial position equivalent to head of division for at least 4 years.
