The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports announces a call for applications for the position of Director of the National Center for School Examinations and Learning Assessment. This position is considered equivalent to a central directorate.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Belong to senior cadres of the state, local authorities, public institutions, or the private sector, with a high level of education and at least grade 11 or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in examinations or learning assessment.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience (head of division or similar), or contribution to leading examination organization for 3 years.
• Sufficient qualifications and skills.

Key Responsibilities

The director will be responsible for:

• Developing the reference framework for learning quality across all educational levels.
• Monitoring the organization of primary and middle school certificate exams.
• Supervising and coordinating baccalaureate and higher technician certificate exams.
• Overseeing continuous assessment and using its results.
• Creating assessment methods and tools for learning.
• Organizing participation in national and international evaluation studies.
• Contributing to educational research strategy and organizing competitions.

Selection Committee

A committee will review applications and conduct interviews where candidates will present their personal project.
