The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announces a call for applications for the position of Director of the Higher Institute of Maritime Studies (ISEM) in Casablanca. This senior position requires extensive experience and a strategic vision.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a higher education diploma allowing classification at grade 11 or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in the public or private sector.

Director's Responsibilities

The Director shall:

• Manage and coordinate all institute activities.
• Ensure administrative and financial management.
• Lead scientific research and knowledge dissemination.
• Chair the institute council and set the agenda.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory texts.
• Strengthen the institute's internal and external reputation.
