Call for Applications for Director of the Casablanca-Settat Distribution Territorial Group

The President of the Council of the Territorial Group “Casablanca-Settat Distribution” announces the opening of applications for the position of Director of the Group, in accordance with Decision No. 02 of May 6, 2025, organizing the administration of the Group's Council.

Eligibility Requirements

Applications are open to all civil servants and contract agents working in state administrations and territorial communities who meet the following conditions:

  • Tenured civil servants and contract agents: Must hold at least the grade of Inspector (Grade 2) or equivalent, possess a diploma allowing access to Inspector Grade 3, and have at least 4 years of actual service (5 years for contract agents).
  • Civil servants currently serving as Head of Division: May apply if they meet the above conditions.

Application File Contents

The application file must include:

  1. A cover letter with a recent photo, accompanied by the approval of the head of the service or administration of origin, including an opinion on the candidate's skills.
  2. A curriculum vitae using the standard form (available on www.emploi-public.ma).
  3. A work plan and methodology proposed for performing the duties of Director.
  4. A copy of the national identity card.
  5. Certificates and documents proving the required conditions (degree or diploma, recruitment decision, tenure decision, last grade promotion decision, last rank promotion decision, and decisions of appointment to positions of responsibility).

Responsibilities of the Director

The Director of the Group is responsible for:

  • Coordinating and stimulating administrative work among the various services of the Group.
  • Supervising and guiding the administrative services.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the President's decisions and monitoring the execution of the Council's resolutions.
  • Assisting the President in exercising her powers.
  • Helping prepare and organize Council sessions and meetings of standing committees.
  • Coordinating with the supervisory authority and various external partners on all administrative matters.
  • Reviewing and tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence and initialing it before signature.
  • Managing the administrative affairs of the Group by delegation from the President.
  • Working to achieve the Group's objectives in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted to the registry of the Group's headquarters no later than June 4, 2026, at 4:30 PM. All documents must be provided as certified copies.
