Director of Audit and Inspection – National Ports Agency (1 position)

Job Overview

The National Ports Agency (ANP) is calling for applications to fill the position of Director of Audit and Inspection. This senior role is crucial for enhancing internal audit and inspection functions within the organization. Based in Casablanca, the position offers a challenging opportunity for experienced professionals.

Required Profile

Internal Candidates

• Degree from a Grandes Écoles or university in Audit, Management Control, or Finance (Bac+4 minimum).
• At least 10 years of seniority at ANP, holding a position as Head of Department type A or B, or Head of Division for at least 5 years.
• Average performance rating of at least 94 over the last three years.

External Candidates

• Degree from a Grandes Écoles of Engineering, Commerce, or Management, or university degree in Audit, Management Control, or Finance (Bac+5 or higher).
• IIA certification is desirable.
• At least 15 years of experience in internal audit/inspection within a large public or private organization, including 7 years in a managerial role (Head of Division or higher in public sector, Director in private sector).
• Good knowledge of the port environment is a plus.
• Maximum age 44 years by the application deadline (except for public sector employees).
