The Ministry of Interior - Province of Nador - is opening applications for a competitive examination to recruit three (03) third-grade technicians, scale 9, specializing in digital development. The examination will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Multidisciplinary College in Nador, with possible organization at other centers to be determined later. The ministry requires that candidates:
The diploma must be issued by a vocational training institution established according to Decree No. 2-86-325 of 8 Jumada I 1407 (corresponding to January 7, 1987), or an equivalent certificate listed according to current regulatory provisions.
A quota of 5% of the budgetary positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant. Another quota of 7% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
The competition includes two main tests:
Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.
Applications must be mandatorily registered on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from February 18 to March 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae.
For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette must be attached during online registration. Candidates working in public administrations must, in addition to their registration on the electronic portal, submit participation requests accompanied mandatorily by the final approval of their administration.
Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, in addition to registering on the electronic portal within the specified deadlines. Candidates with disabilities must subsequently provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Women, Family, and Social Development.
Lists of admitted candidates are published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma), with this publication serving as a summons to take the tests. Results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal.
If during verification of participation conditions, it is found that a candidate previously declared successful does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced (in order and according to merit) by another candidate registered on the waiting list who fulfills these conditions.
In addition to the required documents, candidates definitively admitted to this competition are required to complete their files with the administrative documents required by regulation for appointment to public service.
