The National Agency for the Development of Oasis Zones and Argan Tree (ANDZOA) announces a competitive recruitment for a development officer position in the Figuig territorial department, under the Oasis Zone Development Directorate. Position Overview

This position is located in Bouarfa within Figuig province, reporting to the Figuig territorial department. According to administrative decision N°257/ANDZOA/DG dated March 18, 2026, this recruitment aims to strengthen professional capacities within the national agency. The selected officer will work under the department head's authority and actively participate in development strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

The development officer will handle diverse strategic responsibilities:

• Participate in implementing development strategies for oasis zones covered by Figuig department
• Contribute to designing integrated development programs with partner stakeholders
• Plan and execute oasis zone development projects within Figuig's geographical scope
• Monitor implementation of development project roadmaps
• Ensure field monitoring and evaluation of development programs in coordination with partners
• Report identified field expectations and needs after consultation with Figuig department head
• Coordinate activities that preserve sustainable oasis management
• Contribute to establishing databases and documentary resources

Required Qualifications

ANDZOA seeks candidates meeting specific criteria:

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 45 years at recruitment date
• Engineering degree in development engineering
• Professional experience in territorial development preferred
