Leadership Opportunity at ISCAE Group

The Group Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) announces a call for applications for the position of Deputy Director of the Executive & Consulting Center at ISCAE Casablanca. This senior role is open to both internal and external candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee executive education programs, ensuring quality and market relevance.
• Develop academic and professional partnerships with public and private sectors.
• Manage teams and create action plans to improve performance and revenue.
• Contribute to institutional communication and program marketing strategies.

Eligibility Requirements

Internal Candidates

Teaching staff:

• Must be a teacher-researcher at ISCAE for at least 5 years, holding the rank of Professor of Higher Education (PES) or at least Accredited Lecturer (MCH).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in continuing education.

Administrative staff:

• Must belong to the 2nd grade administrator cadre, State Engineer, or equivalent grade.
• Hold a diploma giving access to the 3rd grade administrator cadre.
• At least 7 years of effective service as a permanent or contract employee.
• Held a responsibility position for at least 5 years.
• At least 2 years of experience in continuing education.

External Candidates

• Hold a national Bac+5 degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of effective service, including 5 years in continuing education fields (administrative and commercial management, institutional communication, academic partnerships, etc.).

• A report outlining the proposed action plan and methodology for managing and improving the position.
• Copies of supporting documents for qualifications and experience.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the General Management will evaluate applications and conduct interviews. Final results will be published on www.emploi-public.ma, the ISCAE Group website, and notice boards at Casablanca and Rabat campuses.
