Key Responsibilities of the Department Head

The successful candidate will oversee diverse responsibilities including monitoring agency performance in project realization regarding quality, cost, and deadlines. Primary duties encompass:

  • Monitoring agency activities and regularly evaluating their performance
  • Supervising teams and resolving operational challenges
  • Verifying proper completion of authorization files

Required Qualifications and Profile

Candidates must hold a state engineering diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics. The position requires minimum eight years of technical field experience, with only professional experiences directly related to the position's missions and responsibilities being considered during pre-selection.
