Cyber Security Technician Recruitment at Morocco's Land Agency (ANCFCC)

The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) is organizing a competition to recruit two specialized technicians in digital infrastructure with a cybersecurity option. This is a regular recruitment to bolster the agency's digital security capabilities.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 as of December 31, 2026.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in digital infrastructure with cybersecurity option from ISTA or equivalent.
• Overall average of 13/20 or above.

• Copy of the required diploma.
• Copies of transcripts confirming the average.
• Copy of work certificate (for civil servants).
• Copy of national ID (front and back).
• Copy of diploma equivalence (if applicable).
• Authorization to take the exam (for public sector employees).

Competition Process

The competition includes a pre-selection based on files, followed by a written exam and an oral interview. The written exam covers the required discipline and can be in Arabic or French. The oral interview assesses general knowledge, behavior, communication skills, and language proficiency.

Results will be published on www.emploi-public.ma and the agency's website. Exams will be held in Rabat. 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, nation wards, former military, and former combatants.
