Job Description
The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region announces a call for applications for the recruitment of one Head of Investment Projects Monitoring Service for the year 2026. The mission is to ensure the monitoring and proper execution of investment projects approved by the Unified Regional Investment Commission (CRUI), working to resolve obstacles until their effective realization.
Main Activities
- Ensure individualized monitoring of projects validated by the CRUI, from approval to actual completion.
- Periodically evaluate project progress.
- Identify bottlenecks or delays, and propose corrective measures or necessary arbitrations.
- Update monitoring tools (dashboards, progress reports) and produce consolidated monitoring reports.
- Handle and follow up on complaints or appeals filed by investors following CRUI decisions.
- Report identified blockages and contribute to their analysis to guide decisions and improve mechanisms.
Required Conditions
- Moroccan nationality, aged 45 years or less.
- Must not have been convicted of a serious or dishonorable crime.
- Must not be registered in the central disciplinary record of public administrations.
- Hold a Bac+5 degree in finance and management control, management sciences, or economics.
- Required experience: between 7 and 10 years of experience.

Submission Procedure
Applications must be submitted to the registry office of the Regional Investment Center of Laâyoune Sakia El Hamra at its headquarters located at Avenue Mohammed VI, Laâyoune, against a receipt of deposit, no later than May 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Any incomplete application or not matching the required profile will be automatically rejected. A pre-selection of applications will be made based on the required conditions.
