CNSS Internal Call for Heads of Service for Assured Relations in 1st Category Agencies

Opportunity Overview

The General Management of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) announces an internal call for applications to fill 3 positions of Head of Service for Assured Relations in first category agencies. This initiative aims to strengthen management and improve service quality for social security beneficiaries.

Position Details

The available positions are located in the following agencies:

• Tétouan Abdelkhalek Torres Agency (Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Regional Directorate).
• Sidi Kacem Agency (Kenitra-Khemisset Regional Directorate).
• Laâyoune Agency (Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra Regional Directorate).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following profiles:

• Head of department or equivalent with at least 1 year of seniority within the institution.
• Head of office with at least 2 years of seniority in the position.
• Grade 8 executive (Bac+5 minimum) with at least 3 years of seniority at CNSS.
• Executive with Bac+3 (license or equivalent) and at least 4 years of seniority at CNSS.
• Category 7 collaborator minimum with at least 8 years of seniority in the Affiliates or Assured stream.

Required skills include mastery of internal procedures, team management, communication, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
