La Marocaine Des Jeux et Des Sports (MDJS) is opening a position for Chief Project AMOA / Business Analyst SI (Male/Female) based in Casablanca. This role is crucial for driving digital transformation and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Needs Framing and Qualification: Collect, analyze, challenge, and prioritize business needs; formalize objectives, processes, stakeholders, scope, constraints, risks, and success criteria.
- Functional Design and Consulting: Map current and target processes, write functional specifications and request for proposals, participate in bid analysis.
- Project Management: Build and maintain schedule, budget, RACI, risk register; prepare and lead workshops, project committees, and steering committees.
- Testing, Deployment, and Change Management: Define testing strategy, coordinate user tests, manage deployment, training, and user support.
- Governance and Capitalization: Ensure homogeneous project documentation, contribute to consolidated project portfolio monitoring, and capitalize on lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in information systems, engineering, project management, business school with IT specialization.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in AMOA, Business Analysis, or functional management of IT projects.
- Excellent command of French (written and oral); professional English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project or equivalent; experience with Jira, Azure DevOps; knowledge of Visio, BPMN, UML.
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, PMI-PBA are a plus.
