Job Overview

The National Airports Office (ONDA) announces an internal call for applications for the position of Head of VRD (Roads and Various Networks) Service within the Infrastructure Division. The role involves overseeing airport infrastructure projects from start to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with regulations and project management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Aspect

• Monitor and control the execution phase of airport infrastructure projects (roads and networks).
• Develop and ensure compliance with the quality assurance plan.
• Manage regulatory inspections according to applicable standards.
• Update project documents and records.
• Coordinate interfaces between different project lots.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining processes and tools for project delivery.
• Capitalize on lessons learned from completed projects.
• Propose sustainable development solutions for airport infrastructure.

Human Resources Management

• Set team objectives and evaluate performance.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Lead staff and support their professional development.
• Ensure adequate training for team members.
• Identify health and safety risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure service continuity in relevant areas.

Internal Control and Performance

• Identify and assess risks related to internal processes and implement control plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in budget preparation and management.
• Oversee asset management and preservation.
• Develop and monitor performance dashboards.

Candidate Profile

Internal candidates with a grade scale of M3 or above, and experience in roads or infrastructure, are eligible.
