Key Responsibilities

The Brand Manager will report directly to the Marketing Department and will be responsible for developing comprehensive brand management activities. Primary duties include:

  • Leading brand strategy development in coordination with communication teams
  • Managing product brand identity and image through graphic charters
  • Implementing new brand identity across the sales network
  • Contributing to multi-target CRM strategy implementation
  • Developing multi-channel communication strategies for products and services
  • Conducting continuous market and competitor monitoring
  • Collecting and analyzing relevant data to identify market opportunities
  • Managing qualitative studies and defining multi-channel customer journeys
  • Participating in marketing plan development with data-driven insights
  • Overseeing marketing budget and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar brand management role
  • Strong knowledge of brand management principles and strategies
  • Proficiency in strategic and operational marketing
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and specialized software
  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities
  • Excellent data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Stress resistance and effective team collaboration skills
  • Innovative thinking and aesthetic sensibility
