Job Opening: Production Engineer at Bank Al-Maghrib (3 Positions)

Bank Al-Maghrib, through its Dar As-Sikkah Directorate, is recruiting 3 Production Engineers (M/F) for positions based in Salé. This regular recruitment aims to strengthen the team responsible for the production of currency and other secure documents.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Dar As-Sikkah Directorate, your mission will be to contribute to production management by optimizing resources and equipment performance. Main activities include:

• Developing and monitoring production schedules;
• Scheduling work in production workshops;
• Contributing to industrial performance improvement;
• Ensuring production quality monitoring;
• Participating in projects for setting up/upgrading equipment and production solutions;
• Monitoring raw material consumption and production stocks;
• Contributing to supply needs planning;
• Setting up and monitoring performance and efficiency indicators.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold an engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, or process engineering, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector. Required skills include:

• Strong command of production management techniques;
• Proficiency in quality management tools;
• Mastery of fundamental project management concepts;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental rules and standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Moroccan nationals and under 40 years of age.
