In order to strengthen its teams responsible for on-site supervision of credit institutions and similar entities, Bank Al-Maghrib is organizing a recruitment competition to fill 2 positions of On-Site Auditor (M/F) within the Banking Supervision Directorate.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Banking Supervision Directorate, your mission will include:

• Participating in on-site supervision missions at credit institutions and similar bodies, focusing on risk assessment, governance, and control systems.
• Verifying the reliability and consistency of financial and prudential information submitted by institutions.
• Analyzing the financial situation and risk trajectory of supervised entities.
• Assessing the quality of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Evaluating compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory provisions.
• Identifying areas of vulnerability and risk factors.
• Preparing mission reports with well-founded recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Holder of a higher education degree (doctorate, engineering degree, master's or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in audit, ideally in the banking or financial sector.
• Moroccan nationality.
• Under 40 years of age.

Desired Skills and Qualities

• Good knowledge of the banking environment and credit institution activities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and banking risk fundamentals.
• Knowledge of regulatory and prudential frameworks (Basel, local banking regulations, etc.).
• Understanding of banking mechanisms.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Strong writing and communication abilities (English preferred).
• Rigor and organizational skills.
• Teamwork aptitude.
