Recruitment Competition for Automotive Mechanics Technicians

The territorial commune of Al Gharbia, under the province of Sidi Bennour, is organizing a competition to recruit three (3) fourth-grade scale 8 technicians specialized in automotive mechanics. This competition is part of meeting the administrative and technical needs of the commune, aiming to provide specialized skills in maintaining and operating the communal vehicle fleet.

Competition Details and Required Conditions

The competition will take place on April 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the primary school in Al Gharbia center, with the possibility of determining other locations later if necessary. The application deadline is March 20, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Participation conditions for the competition include:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026 with possible extension to 45 years for certain categories
  • Diploma issued by vocational training institutions in automotive mechanics or equivalent qualification
  • Possession of a category B or D driving license or both

Competition Stages and Examination System

The competition consists of two main stages:

  • Written test: 2 hours duration with coefficient 2, including general knowledge questions and multiple-choice questions related to job functions and territorial commune competencies
  • Oral test: 45 minutes duration with coefficient 1, involving an interview with the candidate about their specialty and job responsibilities

Success in the written test requires obtaining an average of at least 12/20 without any elimination grade (5/20 or less). Admitted candidates are ranked by merit with an established waiting list for those obtaining at least 10/20.
