The Municipality of Benslimane is organizing a recruitment competition for the position of first-grade architect, scale 11. This professional opportunity is designed for qualified architects who wish to join a dynamic local administration and contribute to the urban development of the region.

Legal Framework of the Competition

This competition is organized in accordance with several legislative and regulatory texts, including Dahir No. 1-15-85 concerning municipalities, Dahir No. 1.58.008 on the general statute of public service, and Decree No. 2.11.471 establishing the special status of the interministerial corps of engineers and architects.

The total number of positions open in this competition is 19 posts distributed across several specialties. A quota of 25% of these positions is reserved for former resistance fighters, national cause beneficiaries, or former military personnel, and 10% for disabled persons holding a disability card.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Aged between 18 and 45 years for the first-grade architect position
• Hold an architect diploma issued by the National School of Architecture or an equivalent qualification
• Possess the required diplomas in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 2.12.90

Competition Schedule

The application deadline is March 19, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The competition tests will take place on April 19, 2026 in the morning at Ziad Secondary School or other centers to be announced later.
