Key Responsibilities
The selected architect will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, monitoring, and implementation of construction projects
- Provide technical assistance and architectural consulting
- Participate in defining architectural and functional programs for projects
- Develop and validate architectural studies at various phases
- Verify project compliance with architectural standards and urban regulations
- Coordinate architectural studies with technical studies
- Contribute to the preparation of contractor consultation documents
- Participate in technical and architectural analysis of bids
- Ensure architectural supervision of construction sites and work compliance
- Monitor administrative procedures for project authorization
- Participate in site meetings and provide observations and recommendations
- Contribute to provisional and final acceptance of works
- Prepare technical reports and project monitoring documents
- Provide technical and architectural support to regional teams
- Conduct coordination meetings with external partners
Position Requirements
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Architecture degree (State Diploma or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in architecture
- Geographical mobility
