This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team working on crucial social housing projects and addressing substandard living conditions across the kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensuring implementation of the group's strategic orientations regarding architectural quality
• Conducting preliminary analyses and feasibility studies to assess project opportunities
• Coordinating and monitoring architectural studies for various projects
• Contributing to the development of action plans and activity planning
• Participating in architectural and urban design projects with creativity and innovation
• Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative technical solutions in construction
• Defining and monitoring technical performance indicators

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• State-recognized architecture diploma or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in the architecture field is desirable
• Proficiency in architectural design software (REVIT, AutoCAD, 3DS Max)
• Good knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles
• Understanding of current urban planning standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
